JLC Electrical Contractors LLC installed my Whole House Generator over a period of two days, keeping me informed of their progress every step of the way. The end result was a picture perfect job.

Flexible in setting the appointment, showed up on-time, refused to over sell me, even suggested cutting out some work that was unnecessary, finished quickly, left the place clean. Excellent service!

Bradley Beach, NJ | Electrical Repairs

Best electrician in NJ, hands down. Fair prices, and the electricians actually clean up after themselves. We've used them for a panel upgrade, outdoor lighting, and EV charger installation. Always top-notch work.

About JLC Electrical Contractors LLC

19+ Years of Residential Electrical Work in Monmouth County

Mike Boeke started JLC Electrical Contractors LLC in 2007 after spending years working for other contractors and deciding homeowners deserved better communication, cleaner job sites, and straighter pricing. He built the company from a single truck in Monmouth County. Today the office is in Wall Township, but the crew covers jobs from the Shore towns to Manalapan and everywhere along Route 9.

The team — Dustin, Cody, and Alan — handles everything from two-day generator installs to same-week panel upgrades. Lauren Boeke runs daily operations, and Cheryl keeps the phones answered during business hours. Every person you interact with works for JLC Electrical Contractors LLC directly. No subcontractors, no call centers.

Our Process

What to Expect When You Work With Us

01

Free On-Site Estimate

Call (732) 332-1100 or submit a form. Mike or a senior technician visits your home, walks the job with you, and provides a written quote — usually within 24–48 hours. No pressure, no surprise line items.

02

Honest Timeline & Scheduling

Once you approve the estimate, the office schedules your job and gives you a realistic window. The crew calls when they are on the way. If anything shifts, you hear about it before it becomes a problem.

03

Licensed Technicians Do the Work

Every person on your job site holds the appropriate NJ credentials. The crew explains what they are doing as they go, answers questions, and does not cut corners to save time.

04

Clean Job Site, Every Time

Drop cloths go down. Debris gets hauled out. Walk-through happens before the crew leaves. Your home should look the same as before they arrived — except the electrical work is done.

05

Follow-Up After the Job

Mike checks in after the project wraps. If something is not right, call the office and it gets addressed. The same crew that installed your generator or upgraded your panel is the crew that comes back.

Your project is not handed off to a different department or subcontractor at any point. The people who quote the job are the people who finish it.
